Space Rentals Information
Rent Due Date is on the 5th of every month
A security deposit is required on all move-ins. The deposit will be equal to one month rent on the applicable unit, and will be refundable upon management verification that the unit has been cleared out and swept clean. A current credit card must be kept on file, with authorization for us to charge it, on your behalf, if your account is 30 days or more past due. We also require address verification other than an ID. This can be a recently utility bill in your name, or a landlord lease.
If Rent is not received by the 5th, your access code is suspended until rent payment is received,
and a $10.00 late fee will be added onto your balance due.
Payment Kiosk for your convenience!
Payments Made Easy
We offer a self-service payment kiosk for your 24 Hour convenience, right out front! You can pay your storage rent with credit or debit card. The kiosk will accept cash, but please use exact change! You can also check your account balance at any time.
Security Gate Access
For Your Peace of Mind
We offer a full security gate surrounding the property, with video surveillance. Gate Access Hours are 6am-10pm daily. Access is controlled through a keypad entry system.
Storage Insurance
Coverage For Your Belongings
We offer the opportunity for you to purchase storage insurance on your stored belongings. We are partnering with Storsmart to provide you this insurance program. You can also check with your Homeowner's or Renter's Insurance policies to see if your belongings are covered through them. ***Insurance is not automatically provided by us.
